These Terms govern your use of the Foreteam website and its waitlist (the "Service"). Foreteam ("we," "our," or "us") is building a golf partner-matching app; this website currently lets you join a waitlist to be notified when matching opens near you. By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover the waitlist only. Separate Terms will govern the Foreteam app, and you'll be asked to agree to them before you create an account.

1. What this is

Foreteam is a golf partner-matching service, currently in closed beta and rolling out country by country. This website describes the product and lets you join a waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not guarantee access, and does not guarantee that Foreteam will open in your area or within any particular timeframe. The Service is provided free of charge at this stage.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the website or the waitlist at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. By joining, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the email address you provide is your own.

3. Joining the waitlist

To join, you give us your email address. You agree to provide accurate information and an email address that is your own. By joining, you consent to receive waitlist and closed-beta emails from us; every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the waitlist at any time. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Submit an email address that isn't yours, or impersonate anyone.
• Submit false, misleading, or automated/bulk signups.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Copy, scrape, or reuse the website's content or branding except as allowed below.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove any waitlist entry that breaches these Terms.

5. Our content

The Foreteam name, logo, text, design, and other materials on this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the website for the purpose of learning about Foreteam and joining the waitlist. You may not reproduce or reuse our content or branding without our permission.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The website and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will be admitted to the beta.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foreteam will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the waitlist. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Ending your waitlist entry

You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us. We may remove your entry or suspend the waitlist at any time, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
